The Australian Broacasting Corporation (public broadcaster) in the morning radio bulletins do something very similar.When the oil price declines it almost always is stated as "Oil falls , then (price).."If the price increased then it is "Oil is (price), Oil is up."I can't take it personally, I just try to read the news like the old soviets used to read Pravda.
